The Royal Artillery finds, tracks and defeats our enemies, day and night – keeping our nation safer.

Known as the Gunners, we operate across the entire battlefield giving the British Army its eyes, ears and decisive firepower.
We do this through the co-ordinated use of high-tech surveillance, drones, our mighty Howitzer guns, multi-launch rocket systems and air defence missiles – all connected by cutting-edge digital communications and targeting systems.

Working alongside attack helicopters, fast jets, and naval guns from the UK and our allies – we hit hard, move fast and win.
